custom bespoke framing framer London

We are a family run business with over 10 years experience working in museums and art collections, working with hundreds of artworks, artists, and fabricators. This means that we have extensive experience in museum quality framing, only working with conservation grade materials designed to protect your art for years to come.

Beuys was started by the artist Andrew Sunderland. He studied fine art at Goldsmiths, and spent many years working for some of the countries largest museums and galleries, including a number of years for the Arts Council Collection where he was responsible for framing and caring for the UK’s largest collection of contemporary and modern art.

We take a strong aesthetic approach to framing, believing that a frame should be carefully considered to compliment your artwork. We understand how art should be displayed, and can guide you through every process and decision to create something that is truely bespoke.

Every frame is designed and built by hand in our South London studio from scratch. We don’t use cheap pre finished mouldings, and only use FSC approved wood from ethical suppliers. We only use FATG approved mountboard and artglass that will enhance and protect your artwork.

We are located at 3-5 Latona Road, St SE15 6RX. As we are a workshop, we are only open by appointment, please call or email before visiting us as we will be unable to see you straight away.

Please be aware that a huge amount of care and detail goes into the work we do. We take pride in producing high quality framing, this however does take time and patience! Please expect a 2-3 week production time.
